1 General Terms & Conditions

4 Withdrawal Policy

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting on karim group:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error before an event begins, karim group reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• For live betting, odds may change until the bet has been confirmed and accepted.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is fully cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event is not concluded within the specified time, Karim Group may determine the outcome at its own discretion.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet is set separately for each market. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the karim group platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software bots or any form of automation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful transactions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour toward other users.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Any activity related to match fixing or manipulation of sports events.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by User

You may close your account at any time. Please ensure all withdrawals are completed before closing your account. Once closed, you will no longer be able to log in.

Suspended by karim group

Karim Group may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a terms violation.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming
